Working with Groups - Facilitators Coaching Circle

You’ve taken Like A Pro and Working With Groups (WWG), read the materials, and prepared your workshop ideas; now what?!

At the School of Consent, we heard from many folks a desire to continue connecting, learning and supporting one another as you step into and/or expand your facilitation skills in group settings. And we wanted to create a space to do that:

Introducing the WWG Facilitator Coaching Circle:  Starting in October 2023, six coaching calls of 90 minutes each over six months. The calls will be anchored by a WWG Facilitator and will include coaching, Q&A, and opportunities for collaboration.

This is a space to gather and get additional support after the WWG class, an opportunity to meet with colleagues who are on a similar path, share ideas, collaborate, ask questions, learn from each other, and grow community, as you step into facilitation.

• We will convene online in intimate cohorts and also have the larger online forum to connect with other practitioners in our community.  
• All live sessions are recorded so you can watch later if you miss a call.
• Multiple time slots to accommodate folks from around the world.

• Group 1 meets the first Wednesday of each month, from 9-10:30am Pacific time.

• Group 2 - Canceled 

• Group 3 is a BIPOC only space and meets the first Thursday of each month – 9-10:30 am Pacific

  *Minimum of 10 registrations needed to confirm Groups 1 & 2; 8 registrations needed to confirm Group 3.

Cost

• Sliding scale with $180 as the base rate; for BIPOC folks $140 is the base rate; installment plans over 3 months are available

• Payment is for the full series of six 90-minute coaching sessions with School of Consent facilitators and your other peers who are working with the Wheel in groups.
