As a Cuddle Therapist, Relationship Coach, and Authentic Relating Facilitator, I train professionals and work with couples, individuals & organizations, helping them unlock more safety, empowerment, and abundance when it comes to love and connection.
Some of my favorite words include: heartfelt, embrace, vulnerable, authentic, and badass. On my happiest days, I'll be having deep conversations, dancing, writing, and cuddling.
