I love evolving my own and othersā€™ capacity, competency, and awareness of choice to engage in meaningful, mutually empowering, loving, full-spectrum relations.
My work is offered in Finnish, Swedish and English since 2001 through 1:1 play sessions, bodywork and group workshops, mostly in person, but also online.
Ritual Play is a relational somatic practice I created in 2012, which Iā€™ve been developing and offering ever since. In my educational interactive sessions, the Wheel of Consent helps my clients and me deepen our awareness and make empowered, boundary-conscious choices in all our interactions.
Some of the trainings I have: Erotic Blueprint coach, Sexsibility, Accelerated evolution, Sensorimotor therapy, Somatica, MA in Sexuality as art and BA in The Asthetics of Body awareness.
Iā€™m a co-founder of the Solbacka eco-village in the South of Finland, where I live, love, and learn with the rest of the community. Iā€™m blessed to be the mother of two grown-up children.
