Steffi (she/they) is a dedicated facilitator from Germany, passionate about cultivating open and supportive environments where people can connect authentically to what is alive within them in each moment, notice their feelings, and explore and express their needs with trust and confidence. Steffi’s work is grounded in her practice and training in Nonviolent Communication (since 2003) and the Wheel of Consent, which inform her approach to trainings, workshops and coaching. With many years of experience living in polyamorous contexts, Steffi has a deep personal understanding of communication, conflict management, and the diverse needs that arise in relationships of all kinds.
Certified as a Wheel of Consent Facilitator in 2019, Steffi is committed to making the Wheel of Consent accessible to German-speaking audiences, fostering environments where clarity, empathy, and genuine connection can flourish. This commitment allows her to guide participants toward deeper self-awareness and more fulfilling connections with themselves and others.
As a co-founder of Kinky Explorer in 2017, Steffi brings the foundational teachings of the Wheel of Consent to the communities of Conscious Kink and BDSM. Through this lens, she aims to integrate greater clarity and understanding in these areas, ensuring that all participants feel empowered to explore what they want and need with mutual respect, appreciation, authenticity and choice.
Steffi warmly invites all who are curious to deepen their self-awareness and create more meaningful connections, to join an open and appreciative space where new insights and authentic encounters can unfold.
