To apply to participate in the Wheel of Consent Facilitator Certification Course for 2024, please fill out the form below.  After you press "submit" you will be taken to another page to pay the $50 application fee.

Note: Before you apply, you must have completed:

• Like a Pro or 3 Wheel of Consent Workshops,
• Working with Groups (formerly called Teaching with Groups) and
• Have experience leading groups including events of 1 full day in length or longer.
