For Professionals
We have been working with helping professionals for 15 years. Our work grew out of working with hands-on practitioners (body workers, somatic educators, workshop leaders, sex coaches, surrogate partners and other touch professionals), and gradually expanded - by popular demand - to consultants, life coaches, therapists, physicians, classroom teachers, educators and other helping professionals.
The crux of the work is about receiving and giving – what they are and are not, how they work, how to tell the difference, and why it matters. Understanding this one basic dynamic changes everything.
Our flagship course is Like a Pro, a five-day in-person course for professionals to learn the basics of the Wheel of Consent, including assessment protocols and how to make their sessions safe, effective and satisfying.
We now offer options focusing on group facilitation, for our Like a Pro graduates. These offerings are online.
- Working with Groups: A 4-session online course on facilitating touch events and incorporating the Wheel into the workshops and group events you are offering.
- Wheel of Consent Workshop Facilitator Certification: Become certified to teach a 2- to 3-day Wheel of Consent® Workshop for the general public. The class is 8 weeks online, followed by support as you practice teach.
