I am a workshop facilitator and bodyworker from Zurich, Switzerland. My topics of interest revolve around different forms or interpersonal relationships, consent and empowering people to be more caring towards themselves and others.

Since 2015, I have been offering somatic spaces to individuals and groups where they may explore consent, playfulness, sexuality and touch in different formats. I became a certified Wheel of Consent facilitator in 2022.

The Wheel of Consent rocked my world by finally giving me a tool to describe what I had intuitively found to be true for a long time: That pleasure does not appear through techniques, but by creating safety through clear containers and learning to feel and trust our authentic wishes and limits.
