 Since 2015 I've been supporting clients as a Cuddle Therapist and Boundaries and Consent Educator in both individual and group settings. In 2017 I co-founded CuddleXpo, the first ever convention for cuddle professionals. In 2022 I joined the Board of Directors for the 501c3 Cuddle Party Inc., a pioneer in the field of boundaries and consent facilitation training. I'm now the CEO and co-owner of Cuddlist, a training and certification platform for the modality of cuddle therapy.

In addition to my years of experience and extensive training in the field of cuddle therapy, I continue to build my skills with education in IFS, EFT, somatic experiencing, Wheel of Consent, embodiment practices, Uzazu, and more. I have thousands of session hours and have helped hundreds of clients feel more deeply connected to themselves and others. This work is my life’s purpose and I bring that intention and dedication to everything I do.
